Senate's Stimulus Measure Blocked

It's interesting that in the Senate, only 40 Republicans are able to shape the bill that they want because of the power of the filibuster. House Republicans don't have nearly that much control over legislation.

I bet the Republicans are glad they hadn't resorted to the "nuclear option" back when they were in the majority...
